All orders are shipped within the United States and US Territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order: up to 0.6 lb – $3.99 | up to 1 lb – $5.99 | up to 5 lb – $9.99 | over 5 lb – $14.99
Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Holiday Surcharge
During peak holiday periods (approximately October through January), a small surcharge of $0.50–$0.70 per order may apply to cover increased carrier costs.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states as well as:
- PO Boxes
- US Military bases (APO/FPO)
- US Territories: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited and overnight shipping options are not available. All orders ship via standard shipping only.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@urban-unit.store and we will work with our fulfillment partner to locate your order.
