At Urban Unit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms below before placing your order.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins the day tracking confirms delivered status. For split-package orders, the window starts from the date and time of the final package delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original garment packaging with all tags attached and SKU label intact.
- Free of any odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and the items must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting your return request to qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates and lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@urban-unit.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
Returns that do not meet the conditions listed above (e.g., items showing signs of wear, missing tags, or damaged packaging) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund amount, or the return may be declined entirely.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@urban-unit.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly — either through a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as the order may already be in processing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
